Cured salmon (easy and quick recipe)

Finally, today we want to share with you one of our favorite appetizer recipes – Cured salmon (easy and quick recipe). It is a really fast recipe. In other words, it takes literally 5 minutes to rinse and salt fish. After that, you are just in waiting mode as you have to keep Cured salmon in the fridge overnight for better results.
Your safety is very of utmost importance particularly for fish recipes. Therefore, as a precautionary measure we recommend to have salmon deeply frozen before you start curing it. Above all, the freezing process will help you get rid of the parasites.
Servings: 20 slices
- salmon 2 pounds
- salt 2 Tbsp
- sugar 1 Tbsp
- Freeze the fish for a couple of days to kill parasites. Do not remove skin.
- Mix salt with sugar.
- Wrap the fish with the mixture thoroughly on both sides.
- Place the fish into the casserole and keep it in the fridge overnight (minimum 12 hours).
- As of the next morning it’s ready. Taste the delicate salmon. It is very yummy.
