Servings: 20 servings

Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes
  • 5 eggs
  • 10.6 ounces boiled sausage or ham
  • 17.6 ounces salted or pickled cucumbers
  • 1 onion
  • 18.25 ounces canned green peas
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 olive
  • 15 ounces mayonnaise

Salad

    1. Bring water to boil, add potatoes and cook them until soft about 30 minutes.
    2. Make eggs hard-boiled.
    3. Cut a sausage, cucumbers, onion, boiled potatoes and 2 eggs into cubes.
    4. Combine all ingredients in the large bowl, add mayonnaise and mix well.

Salad Decoration

    1. Use remaining 3 eggs for salad decoration.
    2. Separate yolk from white.
    3. Grate whites, yolks and carrot separately.
    4. Place salad on a large plate and shape a Santa Clause’s face.
    5. Decorate the middle part of the face with yolk (face), the top part with carrot (hat) and the bottom part with egg white (beard).
    6. Put 1 cherry tomato as a nose and another one as a hat decoration.
    7. Cut the olive into halves and use them as eyes.
